The fifteenth Sunday after Trinity.
1 |
With Thy perpetual mercy keep and feed Thy Church, O Lord; defend Thy flock, Thy helpless sheep, according to Thy word. |
2 |
It is not in the power of man to guide his steps aright, but, gifted with Thy strength, he can walk humbly in Thy sight. |
3 |
If Thou withdraw Thy strengthening hand, he feels his helpless state: help us, who by Thy grace may stand, ceaseless on Thee to wait. |
4 |
O ever guide Thou all our ways, and from temptation lead; deliver us in evil days; help us in time of need. |
5 |
With high acclaim our joy to raise in one most glad accord, sounding the everlasting praise of our redeeming Lord. |
6 |
With high acclaim our joy to raise in one most glad accord, sounding the everlasting praise of our redeeming Lord. |

Keep, we beseech thee, O Lord, thy Church with thy perpetual mercy: and, because the frailty of man without thee cannot but fall, keep us ever by thy help from all things hurtful, and lead us to all things profitable to our salvation; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
